PDF copies for recipients

Create a marked copy for each recipient and download its final fingerprint.

Choose a file or drag it here. Maximum 50 MiB and 499 pages.

One recipient per line. Each line's text appears on its copy. Up to 10 copies, 160 characters per line and 100 MiB of total output.

The visible mark can be removed. It does not prove delivery, authorship or originality. Copies are not automatically registered and do not include a verification QR. The original is not changed. The JSON manifest includes filenames, sizes and hashes, not recipients; you can check it with the manifest tool. Keep your recipient/copy correspondence before closing this page.

Up to 10 recipients. Original PDF: 50 MiB and 499 pages. Combined outputs: up to 100 MiB.

How to prepare a PDF copy for each recipient

  1. Choose an unsigned, unprotected PDF and enter one recipient per line, up to ten.
  2. Set position and opacity. Copies are created sequentially on your device.
  3. Download each copy and the JSON list of their final fingerprints. Review and send them as usual.
Are copies sent or access-controlled?

No. A recipient’s name is a static mark. You share the file; there is no delivery, password, opening tracking or proof of receipt.

What is the fingerprint list for?

It stores each copy’s filename and SHA-256 fingerprint, without recipients. Keep the on-screen recipient-to-file relationship yourself before closing. You can check the downloads using Folder fingerprints. The list is unsigned and does not establish authorship or time.

Does each copy have a QR or public record?

Not automatically. Each copy has different bytes. For public verification, register that final copy separately using your account.

Only need one marked copy?

Add a watermark to a single PDF without a recipient list.
