Registration and comparison

Keep the exact registered file. Any byte change produces a different fingerprint, including apparently minor PDF changes. The QR does not continuously monitor the file: the recipient must compare their copy. A registered version can be current, superseded or withdrawn. Offline evidence proves the recorded declaration, not the current online status.

Your responsibilities

Use files and data you are authorised to process, keep your credentials private and use scoped keys for integrations. Do not present a CheckThisFile mark as a qualified timestamp, a qualified signature, proof of authorship or an administrative code. Signed or protected documents must not be rewritten to add a mark: register the original instead.

Plans and limits

The free plan has usage limits. A paid subscription or prepaid credit purchase requires a separate, explicit checkout showing its price and period. Reaching a limit does not by itself create a charge or upgrade. Limits and consumption are shown in your account. Enterprise integrations need their own agreed scope; an enquiry does not activate one.

Pilot operation

This pilot does not promise uninterrupted availability, indefinite preservation or a contractual SLA. There is no external backup configured yet: keep your original files and export any evidence you need. This limitation does not waive statutory rights. Live payments remain disabled until payment tests, commercial conditions and tax treatment have been validated.
